I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite and friendly, and they went above and beyond to help me out, such as lending me umbrellas and guiding me to the local bus. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were modern and impressive. Additionally, the location was fantastic--it was located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes away from the cable car that took me to the mountain.

The hotel is conveniently located for travelers visiting the nearby park, cable car and train station. the rooms are spacious and have great views, while breakfast offers plenty of choices. the staff is friendly and helpful, the Chinese restaurant comes highly recommended.
The lack of English spoken by some staff members can be frustrating and limit access to certain amenities.

The hotel surprised us with its elegant design and tasteful materials. We were thrilled to find a wide variety of choices for breakfast, ranging from Chinese to Western cuisine. the location of the hotel was perfect: we could easily walk to the cable car station and tourist center. we enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the comfortable bed in our spacious room.
We could hear the couple next door and the beeps from their light switches.

We enjoyed the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool and Sun terrace. the room advantages were exceptional, such as the private facilities and in-room breakfast. the restaurant and bar/lounge area exceeded our expectations. the location advantages were also noteworthy, as we were able to enjoy stunning mountain views and proximity to the cable car.
While our overall experience was exceptional, we did encounter one minor issue with service. There seemed to be some confusion among the staff regarding our requests, which led to a delay in one of our meals.

Centrally Located! Just minutes away from touristic attractions in the city. The food was good and we enjoyed the spa!
The rooms need to be better maintained and cleaner. The hotel didn't offer any public transportation, so we had to rely on private drivers who charge way too much.
